Founding access privacy notice

Version: 8 September 2026. This notice explains registration for AgentMOT founding access. AgentMOT is a trading name of Stillswing Ltd, England and Wales, which is responsible for this information.

What we collect and why

When you request founding access, we save your email address, your scanned store domain and score if available, and the time and version of your consent. We use these details to record your interest and contact you about founding access. Our basis for this is your consent, given through the checkbox on the form. Registration is optional.

The form does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing, authorise purchases, or create a paid account. We do not sell registrations. Your email address is not added to public scores or evidence reports.

Storage and access

Registration data is stored privately using Cloudflare. Access is restricted to authorised operators. We may use authorised AI tools to assist with administration under our direction; we remain responsible for how the information is used. Our infrastructure provider also processes technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website. This form does not store your IP address in the registration record.

Cloudflare and any authorised service providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data-protection arrangements. Provider access and safeguards must be reviewed before adding further services. We do not currently send registration data to a mailing-list or CRM provider.

How long we keep it

We retain a founding-access registration for up to 180 days from its first submission, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Repeating the same registration does not extend that period. If you become a customer, we will explain any different records and retention periods before collecting them for that purpose.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw consent, ask for a copy of your information, request correction or deletion, or ask us to restrict its use. Where applicable, you also have rights to portability and to object. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
